Infants (6 months old until walking)
This program teaches infants 6 months old until walking, how to roll from a face-down or submerged position to their backs to relax and breathe, while being fully clothed.

Toddlers & Older Children
This program teaches walking toddlers and young children the swim-float-swim technique. Children will learn to swim a short distance with their face fully submerged, roll to their back to breathe and rest whenever needed, and then roll back to their tummy to continue to swim safely all while fully clothed.

Drowning Prevention
Please understand these “swim lessons” are part of a drowning prevention program. These are NOT traditional swim lessons.
Your child will complete this program will LIFE-SAVING skills.
Yes, attendance at all classes is mandatory as the skills are learned through repetition. Survival swim lessons should only be taught by certified instructors, always look into the curriculum and certification of your child’s swim program.
Continued practice is key to lasting water safety.
After completing the survival swim program, we highly encourage all children to join our Maintenance Program. Because these skills rely on muscle memory, regular reinforcement is essential to keep them sharp and effective.
